SOFTWARE PROJECT RESCUE
Your Software Project Is Behind, Broken, or Stuck. Let’s Find a Way Forward.
We look at what you’ve got, find out what’s really wrong, and give you a plan to get it working again.
It starts with a 20-minute call, and you’ll know on that call whether we can help.

When to call us
Situations we’re brought in for.
The first step
The Software Rescue Audit.
It’s a paid review of 6 to 8 hours, and you get a written report you can use with us or with anyone else.
Deliverables
- Codebase and architecture review
- A map of what’s blocking progress
- The top risks, ranked by severity
- Prioritized recovery actions
- Recovery options (fix, finish, or rebuild parts) and our recommendation
Boundaries
- The audit finds the problems. Fixing them comes after, as its own piece of work.
- We need read access to the code and hosting to do it properly.
- We’ll quote it after the intro call, once we know how big the codebase is.
After the audit
How a rescue usually goes.
Intro call
20 minutes on what happened, what you’ve got and what needs to work.
Rescue Audit
6 to 8 hours of review and a written report.
Recovery proposal
A fixed scope for stabilizing or finishing the work.
Stabilize and build
Fix the critical issues first, then finish what’s left.
Oversight
We keep an eye on it afterward if you need that.
Proof
The kind of software we stabilize and finish.
These are live demos we built and host. It’s the kind of integration-heavy software that usually ends up needing a rescue.
Questions
Rescue questions.
Can you work with code another team wrote?
Yes, that’s most of what rescue work is. We regularly pick up code from agencies, freelancers, offshore teams, and AI coding tools.
Will you just tell me to rebuild everything?
No. Most rescues keep the parts that work. The audit tells you which parts those are and what each option costs.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to the code repository and hosting, plus whatever documentation or tickets exist. If you can’t get access from the old vendor, tell us on the call. That’s common and we can help with it.
Can you take over the project after the audit?
Usually, yes. But the report is yours, and you can use it with any team.
Tell us what’s going on with the project.
Three quick questions, then pick a time. Or just send it and we’ll reply by email the same business day.
