How it works

1. Connect your sources

OAuth into Stripe, HubSpot, and GA4. A cron refresh keeps unified MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and lead-velocity metrics current.

2. See the trends

Recharts visualizations for 7 / 30 / 90-day windows with anomaly highlights and segment drill-downs.

3. Generate the narrative

One click streams a 200-word executive brief from Claude — what moved, the probable cause, and three recommended actions.

60-second Loom

45-second flow: dashboard loads with seeded data → click Generate Narrative → Claude streams the summary with 3 action items.

Frequently asked questions

What data sources can you connect?

Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics 4, QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and any Postgres or BigQuery warehouse. All via OAuth where available; API keys otherwise.

How is the weekly narrative generated?

Claude Sonnet 4.6 receives the week’s KPI deltas, flagged anomalies, and segment-level changes, then writes a 200-word brief with 3 recommended actions. Prompt caching keeps costs under $0.15 per run.

Can I drill into a specific metric?

Yes. Each KPI card opens a trend drill-down with segment breakdowns (plan, channel, cohort) and the underlying Stripe / HubSpot rows that make up the number.

How fresh is the data?

Dashboard refreshes every 15 minutes by default. Real-time alerts (Slack/email) fire on threshold breaches without waiting for the next refresh.

Want one of these in your business?

We’ll scope, build, and hand off a production-ready system in 3–4 weeks.
