Does it break my existing Klaviyo flows?
No — it adds abandoned-cart and post-purchase touchpoints alongside your existing flows, not in place of them. Klaviyo suppression rules are respected so customers never get double-messaged.
Can I train it on my brand voice?
Yes. Drop 20–50 past customer-support replies into the training panel. Claude learns the tone, vocabulary, and escalation patterns so replies feel on-brand.
How is conversion impact measured?
Every chat session is attributed via a cookie + email match. The analytics tab shows assisted orders, AOV lift for chat-engaged shoppers, and Klaviyo-triggered revenue recovery broken out separately.
Shopify app status?
