How it works

1. Connect the channels

OAuth into Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads (Search + Display + Performance Max), and GA4. Conversion APIs wired so the dashboard reflects post-cookie reality, not just pixel-fired clicks.

2. Watch the day unfold

Hourly pacing chart shows today’s spend curve vs yesterday vs 7-day average. Meta-vs-Google channel cards show side-by-side spend, conversions, ROAS, and CPC. Budget pacing bar warns you if EOD spend will overshoot or undershoot the daily target.

3. Toggle attribution and see ground truth

Switch between Last-Click, First-Click, Data-Driven, and Position-Based attribution and watch the channel waterfall re-animate. Top campaigns table ranks all Meta + Google campaigns by blended ROAS. Diminishing-returns scatter shows where extra spend stops returning.

60-second Loom

60-second flow: dashboard loads with 4 hero KPIs (blended spend, ROAS, CPA, revenue) → hourly pacing chart with today vs yesterday → Meta-blue and Google-blue channel cards → switch attribution from Last-Click to Data-Driven → waterfall re-animates and channel rank shuffles → click a top campaign → drill drawer shows hourly heatmap plus creative card and AI suggested action → click Send Daily Standup → email draft ready to copy.

Frequently asked questions

Why blend Meta and Google in one view?

Because the spend decisions are blended in reality. You’re not choosing ‘more Meta’ or ‘more Google.’ You’re choosing where the next dollar of marginal spend goes. A blended view with attribution-model toggle makes that decision data-visible instead of gut-feel.

Which attribution models are supported?

Last-Click, First-Click, Linear, Time-Decay, Position-Based, and Data-Driven (ML-weighted by closed-deal lift). Toggle freely and the waterfall re-animates. Channel rank often reshuffles. We tune the Data-Driven model on 30-90 days of your actual closed-deal data.

How does the diminishing-returns curve work?

We bucket historical spend into tiers per channel and compute average ROAS at each tier. The scatter shows the inflection point where additional spend stops returning. Hover any point to see the underlying spend window and conversion rate.

Can it write back to ad platforms (pause / scale budgets)?

Not in the demo. In production we add budget-pacing rules that can auto-pause underperformers or shift budget between campaigns based on intraday ROAS, always with a human-approval gate for changes above a configurable dollar threshold.

Want one of these in your business?

We’ll scope, build, and hand off a production-ready system in 3–4 weeks.
