GoHighLevel Reputation Engine
Pulls Google, Facebook, and Yelp reviews via the GoHighLevel (GHL) Reputation API, AI classifies sentiment + topic + urgency, drafts on-brand responses in your voice, and publishes them via a GHL workflow on one-click approval.
How it works
1. Live review feed
Reviews from Google, Facebook, and Yelp stream into a unified feed. Sentiment chart and topic donut update in real time as new reviews land.
2. AI classify + draft
Negative or urgent reviews auto-route. The AI classifies sentiment, topic, urgency, and named-staff mentions, then drafts a response in your brand voice with vertical-specific guardrails (no fault admissions in healthcare, no PHI, etc.).
3. Publish via GHL
One click publishes the response back through the GHL Reputation API to the originating platform, appends a contact note, fires a ‘high-touch follow-up’ workflow, and notifies the location manager in Slack.
60-second Loom
60-second flow: dashboard loads → simulate new 1-star Google review → sentiment chart dips → AI auto-routes urgent + drafts response in brand voice with HIPAA guardrails → publish via GHL → confirmation streams + KPI updates + reply badge.

Who it’s for
Local-services brands (dental, HVAC, med-spa, restaurants) and the agencies that run their GHL — anyone who needs every review responded to within hours, in their actual voice, without staff burning afternoons on copy-paste replies.

Frequently asked questions
How does the AI avoid liability in regulated verticals (healthcare, legal)?
Vertical-specific guardrails layer prevents admitting fault, revealing PHI, or making outcome promises. Configurable per industry; logged per response.
Can it match our brand voice?
Yes — drop in 10–20 sample replies in the brand voice; Claude few-shots from those for every draft. Tone calibration improves over time as you accept/reject drafts.
What if a competitor is mentioned negatively?
The response avoids competitor names entirely. An internal flag routes to a marketing review queue.
Does it work for multi-location businesses?
Yes — per-location review feeds, per-location brand voice, per-location response drafts, routed to local managers via GHL workflows.
